Delete Your Account

Last updated: August 30, 2026

You can delete your AlphaWatch account at any time. This page explains how to delete your account, what deletion removes, and what data may be retained.

1. Delete Your Account In the App

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the AlphaWatch app:

In-app deletion is usually immediate and permanent. Once confirmed, your account cannot be restored or reactivated. If a service provider is temporarily unavailable, completion may take additional time; we finish it as soon as possible.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:

We verify your identity against the registered email address before processing the request. Requests from a different address cannot be processed.

Sign in with Apple users: if your account uses an Apple private-relay email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) and you cannot send from it, email us from any address and include your relay address in the message — we will verify your identity through an alternate confirmation step before processing.

4. What May Be Retained

Limited records may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate record-keeping requirements. Any retained information is kept only for the applicable required period and is not used to maintain an active AlphaWatch account.

Retained records cannot be used to restore or reactivate a deleted account.

5. Subscriptions

Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed separately from your AlphaWatch account. Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription or stop store billing. To cancel a subscription, use the subscription settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
